About

I’m a program evaluation consultant based in Saskatoon, Canada. My background spans work with nonprofits, healthcare systems, and governments, with a particular focus on substance use, addiction, and mental health. I’ve been working as a professional evaluator since 2018 and hold the Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation through the Canadian Evaluation Society.I take a collaborative and down-to-earth approach, working with organizations to design evaluations that are useful, evidence-based, and accommodating to client resources. Alongside my consulting work, I’m actively involved in the evaluation community through the Canadian Evaluation Society: I serve on both the national CES board and my local Saskatchewan chapter, the CES Advocacy Task Force, and the CES conference planning committee.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and other family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and staying active through basketball — whether playing, watching, or coaching.
Services
I help clients clarify program outcomes, collect reliable data, and communicate results clearly to funders, communities, and other audiences.Whether you’re looking for a full evaluation from start to finish or just support with a single piece, I offer practical, tailored services that fit your organization’s capacity and priorities.
I can help you lay the foundation for a successful evaluation. This includes developing logic models or theories of change, establishing evaluation questions, identifying key outcomes and indicators, and creating practical evaluation plans that align with your organization’s goals and resources.

Whether you need surveys, interviews, focus groups, or other tools, I can design and carry out data collection that fits your context. I also provide clear analysis using quantitative and qualitative analysis applications. Findings are presented in plain language and visual formats that make sense for your team and audiences.

From start to finish, I manage the evaluation process so you don’t have to. This includes planning, data collection, analysis, and reporting — tailored to fit your program and budget. The result is a clear picture of what’s working, what can be improved, and how to communicate your impact.

I support organizations in building their own evaluation skills and confidence. This can include training staff, creating customized resources, or working alongside your team to strengthen evaluation capacity. The focus is on practical, sustainable approaches that empower you to use evaluation long after the project ends.

Not sure what kind of support you need? I'm always happy to answer questions and talk through options.
